Pn17 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the pn17 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the pn17 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using the pn17 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and pn17 as the platform operator. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments shall be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
The pn17 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register only one (1) account on pn17. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension or closure of all associated accounts, along with the freezing of any existing balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity that occurs on your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. pn17 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration and at all times during use. pn17 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during withdrawal processing, for compliance and security purposes.
- Not transferring, selling, or giving away your account to any other party.
- Not using another person's personal information to register or access the platform.
- Not accessing the platform from geographic regions excluded from pn17's services.
- Notify pn17 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users are required to use the pn17 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Use of the platform for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited conduct on the pn17 platform includes, but is not limited to:
- Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any third-party tools to manipulate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Spreading false, misleading, or damaging information about pn17 to third parties.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.
- Using the platform to distribute inappropriate, threatening, or unlawful content.
Pn17 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension or closure — against any user who violates these terms, without prior notice.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the pn17 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). pn17 supports a variety of local payment methods, including bank transfers, digital wallets, and other methods that may be added or removed from time to time.
Deposits successfully credited to your account are final and non-reversible, except under specific circumstances as outlined in pn17's payment policy. Users are responsible for ensuring that all bank account or digital wallet details provided are accurate. pn17 will not be held liable for any transaction delays or failures resulting from incorrect information submitted by the user.
For withdrawal requests, pn17 reserves the right to carry out security checks and identity verification before approving any payment. Withdrawal requests that appear suspicious or do not meet bonus rollover requirements may be placed on hold pending investigation. pn17 reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests where there is evidence of usage in breach of these terms.
5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy

Pn17 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical service disruptions, system errors, or delays beyond pn17's control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no warranty of continuous availability.
Account Suspension and Closure
Pn17 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account under the following circumstances: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to comply with identity verification requests, or upon instruction from relevant authorities. In cases of account closure due to confirmed fraud, pn17 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account.
Intellectual Property
All content on the pn17 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of pn17 and is protected under intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or make use of any such content without prior written consent from pn17.
6. Third-Party Links, Amendments & Governing Law
Third-Party Links
The pn17 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. pn17 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Right to Amend Terms
Pn17 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without specific prior notice to individual users. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the pn17 website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through channels designated by pn17. By using this platform, you agree to submit to Malaysian jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
